We survey all of them, tell you which are actually urgent and which have years left, and phase the work — that spreads the cost sensibly and keeps the property liveable throughout.
How does access work on a large property?
It is genuinely half the job here, which is why we plan it before we price. Long driveways, established gardens, mature trees, and gate widths all decide where scaffolding can stand, where material can be dropped, and where a skip can go. We walk the route at the site visit and put protection down along it. What we do not do is arrive on the first morning and work it out on your lawn.
My roof has a lot of valleys and different levels. Does that change things?
It changes where the risk sits. Those junctions are what fail, not the open runs of tile between them, so that is where the detailing effort and a fair share of the cost goes.
Will the garden be damaged?
