The number on your quote is the number you pay. It is itemised line by line, so you can see what every part of the job costs — not a single lump sum.

If something hidden turns up once a wall is open — damp, rot, a structural problem — work stops and we show you. You see the cost, and you decide. We never proceed on an extra without your approval, and it never appears as a surprise on the final invoice.

If a defect in our workmanship shows up within 12 months of handover, we come back and fix it. No charge, no argument.

This covers our work — the installation, the finish, the trade. It does not cover manufacturer defects in materials you supplied, or fair wear and tear. Where a product carries its own supplier warranty, we will tell you the term before we install it.

The person who quotes your job is the person who runs it, and the person who answers when you call. You deal with an owner for the whole project, not a rotating cast.

Yusuf Boomgaard has worked in construction for close to 50 years. Nizaam Saban is a third-generation contractor. One of them will be on your site.

On the first visit we will tell you if your money is better spent elsewhere. Structural cracks, roof leaks, damp and waterproofing come before new kitchens and bathrooms — every time. A beautiful bathroom built over an unresolved damp problem is money you spend twice.

Sometimes that means a smaller job for us. We would rather have the referral.

We sheet and seal the rooms we are not working in, so the dust stays on our side of the plastic. The site is swept and cleared at the end of every day.
