A tired bachelor flat in Wynberg, stripped back and rebuilt as a self-contained studio. The old bedsit fittings came out, the ceiling was opened up to expose and paint the roof trusses, and the whole unit was re-tiled, rewired and refitted — turning a dark, cramped room into a bright, rentable space.
